Is it safe to use?

Yes. The device is designed for safe daily use. However, we recommend consulting a doctor if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker.

Every Nuvalix™ product comes with our Defect-Free Replacement Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. No questions asked.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final for international orders. EU customers have the right to return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Please contact support@nuvalix.com for assistance.
