Shipping Times All orders ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Duties & Taxes We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs fees and import duties are covered. No surprise charges at delivery.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order status by logging into your account at nuvalix.com.
